Retail Sales Associate (Duty Free)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers by identifying their needs and preferences
• Offer detailed product information and suggest appropriate items
• Market and sell an extensive selection of duty-free goods, such as liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, confectionery, and more
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and store targets
• Keep product displays organized and appealing, restock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment
• Handle transactions and oversee payment processing
• Support inventory management and assist with stock-taking tasks
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure during peak times
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long durations
