Inspections

Conduct quality control assessments on daily operations to ensure adherence to the organization's food safety, quality, and Halal regulations.
Carry out routine inspections, testing, and line approvals from raw materials through to finished products, encompassing all PRPs (cleanliness, hygiene, GMP, laboratory).
Document and assist in the investigation of non-conformance issues, and segregate non-conforming items that fail to meet food safety, quality, or Halal requirements.
Facilitate the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) necessary within the production environment.
Support the Quality Assurance Manager with issues related to quality and production.
Assist production leaders, section heads, and team members by identifying any discrepancies and providing guidance on proper SOPs.
