Boutique Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store to ensure seamless execution of all retail functions.
• Inspire, guide, and empower the sales team to meet individual and store objectives while upholding outstanding customer service standards.
• Act as a brand representative, enhancing the company's reputation and ensuring uniformity in store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships, actively promoting client retention and repeat purchases through strategic CRM initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and stock organization, ensuring precision and compliance with corporate standards and operational effectiveness.
• Compile management reports, assess store performance metrics, and assist the Shop Manager with strategic planning and various ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in luxury retail fashion
• Strong passion for customer service and a customer-centric approach
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to build rapport and establish relationships across all organizational levels
