Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application engineering, technical consulting, technical support, or industrial automation settings.
• Familiarity with industrial connectivity, automation systems, control solutions, or comparable technologies.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience in offering technical solutions and customer-facing support.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering technical presentations, workshops, or product demonstrations.
• Proficient with CRM systems and digital engineering tools.
