Job Description

• Oversee and manage IT programme management tasks within the transport & distribution industry.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the technology division.
• Keep programme documentation current and ensure it is accessible and accurate.
• Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with established timelines and deliverables.
• Support resource allocation and budgeting processes for IT initiatives.
• Encourage communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and suggest strategies for mitigation.
• Deliver regular status updates and reports to pertinent teams and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate for the IT Programme Management - PMO role should possess:

• Demonstrated experience in IT programme management or PMO positions, preferably in the transport & distribution sector.
• A strong grasp of technology processes and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant project management tools and software.
