Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of project and program engagement, including planning, vendor relationships, communications, resource allocation, budget management, and addressing change, risks, and issues.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations through established governance processes.
• Deliver comprehensive and effective communication at the executive level.
• Provide updates on project status related to milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication with leadership and business stakeholders.
• Handle a portfolio of intricate initiatives that may encompass one or multiple business lines.
• Take ownership of the entire project life cycle from inception to completion.
• Ensure alignment of the program with strategic objectives and support those goals.
• Develop a detailed project plan covering all phases of the initiative.
• Oversee daily project activities, including management of working and steering committees.
• Comprehend interdependencies among technology, operations, and business requirements.
• Monitor, track, and manage outcomes to address issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Ensure that projects and programs are advancing in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
