AI Presales Solution Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect / Technical Delivery expert with a client-focused approach to enhance enterprise AI initiatives in Singapore. This position transcends the conventional pre-sales function. You will collaborate closely with enterprise clients and partners, guiding them from the initial stages of requirements gathering and solution design through proof of concept (POC), implementation, and continuous delivery, while serving as the liaison to our engineering team based in China.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend enterprise customer needs and devise appropriate technical solutions.
• Assist in demonstrations, POCs, solution architecture, and the implementation process.
• Serve as the connection between customers in Singapore and the engineering team in China.
• Remain engaged throughout the delivery phase, providing troubleshooting and customer support.
• Commit to ongoing learning and application of new AI tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles, particularly with enterprise or government clients.
• Proficient in both solution development and technical delivery.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a strong desire to learn.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Technical Delivery and Client Engagement.
• MUST possess hands-on experience managing enterprise projects related to voice AI, chatbots, or agentic AI.
