Job Description

• Lead efforts to acquire new merchants within the SME and mid-market segments while consistently achieving revenue and sales objectives.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to solution development, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and going live.
• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of merchant opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships throughout the Singapore market.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Integration, Onboarding, and other internal teams to provide payment solutions that meet merchant demands.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in merchant acquiring, payment gateways, or digital payments.
• A demonstrated history of successfully securing SME and mid-market merchants while consistently meeting commercial targets.
• A strong existing network of merchant relationships in Singapore, coupled with a solid understanding of the local payments landscape.
• An entrepreneurial, commercially focused self-starter with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
