DeSKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER/EXP/UP TO 2.7K/PASIR RIS/DIP/5 DAY

Job Overview:

• Deliver essential troubleshooting assistance through phone, email, and on-site support for technical challenges involving desktop, network, and hardware issues

• Record issues meticulously and ensure follow-up until resolution

• Offer technical guidance on the operational features of hardware and software peripherals

• Provide on-site assistance to office personnel to address technical problems with their devices

• Collaborate with the Systems team to support end-user deployment initiatives as required

Qualifications

1) Preference for male candidates

2) Fluent in Chinese, as interaction with Taiwanese colleagues is necessary, along with the ability to read and write basic emails in Chinese

3) Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology

4) A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

5) Capable of working in a work & Clean Room environment, as some systems will be situated in the cleanroom

6) Proficient in supporting desktop systems in terms of both hardware and software
