AI Security Consultant

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned AI Security Consultant to become a vital member of our innovative project dedicated to the development and deployment of enterprise-scale AI security solutions. This position will be instrumental in the design and execution of AI Guardrails, ensuring centralized, consistent, and auditable protection for AI-driven applications throughout the organization.

In collaboration with security, cloud, and platform engineering teams, you will contribute to the establishment of essential security controls, governance frameworks, and architectural requirements needed to securely enhance Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in a cloud-native setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI security guardrails tailored for enterprise AI and Generative AI applications.
• Evaluate and mitigate AI-specific security vulnerabilities, encompassing prompt injection, data leakage, model poisoning, model theft, supply chain risks, and agentic AI threats.
• Perform AI security assessments, threat modeling activities, architecture evaluations, and secure design reviews.
• Assist in the deployment and safeguarding of AI platforms utilizing cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Work alongside engineering and platform teams to create AI governance frameworks, security standards, and operational procedures.
• Assess and secure Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-enhanced applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Embed security controls within DevSecOps pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
• Generate architecture documentation, security assessments, technical designs, and process records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, engineering, architecture, and business sectors to promote secure AI integration.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Platform Security, or Secure Software Engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI Security, GenAI Security, AI/ML Security, or AI Application Security.
• Familiarity with securing LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) and awareness of AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, model poisoning, and model theft.
• Practical experience with AI Guardrails, AI Red Teaming, Threat Modeling, AI Risk Assessments, and Security Reviews.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI solutions and Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystems.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry/Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI.
• Proficient in Python, with experience in programming languages such as Java, Go, C#, or C++.
• Experience with APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
