M&E Coordinator

Position Overview

Become a vital part of a proactive team dedicated to managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are consistently achieved. This role presents a chance to interact with diverse stakeholders and contribute to significant projects.

Key Duties

• Support the oversight and coordination of M&E services operations, working in collaboration with various departments to meet project timelines. Manage project oversight and ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained. Communicate and collaborate with sub-contractors and consultants on submissions such as method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and progress updates. Participate in progress meetings and site inspections as necessary. Ensure adherence to established standards, codes of conduct, and safety regulations. Play a role in the overall planning and scheduling of M&E activities. Perform any additional responsibilities and tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience is required. Candidates with experience in Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects, particularly in the context of office buildings, will be given preference.
