Engineer

Project Management

• Oversee and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Develop project reports, proposals, and status updates.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Coordinate training sessions for production personnel as required.

Facility Management

• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure factory environment at all times.

Equipment Management

• Manage all machinery repairs and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Ensure regular servicing of all equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with new product launches and support the installation and testing of new machinery.

People Management

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food quality standards, and company policies among all employees.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of building systems, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience with manufacturing machinery (experience in the food industry is advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and design software such as AutoCAD or Inventor.
