• Assist the Department Head by:
• Managing a team to ensure the seamless operation of processes that align with the company's goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintaining a robust internal control framework.
• Overseeing the timely and precise reporting of the sub-ledger, which includes bank reconciliations and account analyses.
• Regularly assessing policies and procedures, adjusting processes to enhance productivity, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Acting as an effective Change Manager by:
• Driving modifications in Finance Operations processes to adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Staying informed about technological advancements in the AP/AR systems domain and evaluating their relevance for the organization.
• Implementing industry best practices within the AR/AP processes.
• Taking responsibility for investigating anomalies identified by Data Analytics and reporting the findings.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors, banking institutions, various departments, and external vendors concerning payment-related issues.

Project Management

• Leading efforts in process simplification and overseeing the implementation of standardized and scalable procedures.
