Production Supervisor

Overview

Become a part of an energetic team as a Production Operations Leader, where your role will involve managing daily manufacturing activities, fostering continuous improvement, and elevating safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to guarantee safety and quality, aiding the manufacturing team in initiatives aimed at improvement. Assist in the adoption of Lean Manufacturing principles and digitalization efforts to boost operational effectiveness. Cultivate and guide Foremen, Group Leaders, and Operators to develop a high-performing production workforce. Monitor and optimize the utilization of resources (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) to achieve manufacturing objectives. Engage in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, to fulfill operational goals. Provide documentation support, including standardizing and revising work instructions as necessary. Participate in troubleshooting and hands-on tasks related to process improvements and production support. Carry out additional engineering and operational responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in production operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking abilities, coupled with an innovative perspective. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, and AI tools is a plus. Good IT literacy with the ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies. Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a talent for managing multiple priorities effectively. Openness to learning, adapting, and pursuing continuous improvement in a fast-paced work setting. Comfort with hands-on tasks and experience using tools, equipment, and prototypes. A passion for engaging in technical and engineering projects.
