Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements
• Conduct requirements analysis and elicitation
• Collaborate with specialists from business units to gather and evaluate business requirements
• Analyze and document the desired 'to be' business and operational processes based on the finalized requirements and/or function points, and carry out impact assessments
• Accountable for analyzing and defining comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements based on business and migration needs
• Oversee and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Create business functional release notes and assist in the deployment planning
• Document detailed requirements in accordance with bank standards
• Gain an understanding of the existing technology landscape within the bank to facilitate smooth integration
• Exhibit creative thinking, engaging with stakeholders to enhance system and operational processes
• Collaborate with various operational teams to establish new procedures as required
• Partner with system analysts and architects to ensure a complete understanding of the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Conduct requirement traceability matrix
• Review and validate the list of capabilities against the BRD
• Provide scopes/assumptions for preparing the IT management approval deck
• Manage the change process during the analysis phase
• Review and approve functional specifications prepared by various system analysts
• Examine test cases with System Integration Test ('SIT') testers
• Offer support for SIT/User Acceptance Test ('UAT')
