Digital & Optical Solutions Engineer - High-Speed Focus

Location: Singapore | Coverage in Southeast Asia and Oceania

We are seeking a skilled engineer with a customer-oriented approach to provide support for high-speed digital and optical testing within AI data centers, semiconductor industries, networking, and memory applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with high-speed digital and optical testing solutions
• Diagnose and validate physical-layer performance issues
• Perform technical demonstrations, evaluations, proofs of concept (POCs), and compliance testing
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team on customer projects and design achievements
• Convey technical insights to Product and R&D departments

• SerDes, PAM4, NRZ
• PCIe, Ethernet, InfiniBand
• Signal integrity, jitter analysis, BER, eye diagram, TDR
• 400G / 800G / 1.6T optical transceivers
• QSFP-DD, OSFP
• Silicon Photonics / Co-Packaged Optics (CPO)
• DDR5 / DDR6 / HBM / CXL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Hands-on expertise in High-Speed Digital and/or Optical Communications
• Familiarity with test instruments such as Oscilloscopes, DCA, BERT, VNA, or Optical Spectrum Analyzers
• Proficient customer-facing and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to travel regionally within the South Asia Pacific area
