SAP Key User/Superuser

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Key User to join our vibrant team, where you will enhance business processes and provide user support across multiple functional domains. Utilize your SAP knowledge to foster improvements and effectively support our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal regional SAP User/SME for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. Manage daily SAP activities, troubleshoot user challenges, and collaborate with SAP/IT teams and external consultants to develop solutions. Advocate for standardized processes and efficient transaction methodologies. Identify and execute opportunities for streamlining, simplifying, and automating business processes utilizing SAP. Convert business needs into precise functional specifications for system enhancements. Work alongside business process owners and stakeholders to evaluate and implement enhancements. Represent user interests in SAP-related projects, upgrades, and improvement initiatives. Oversee and conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training for end users on SAP processes and create accompanying documentation. Ensure adherence to governance, data integrity, and internal controls associated with SAP processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP in a business context. Demonstrated experience in positions such as SAP Key User, Super User, SME, or Process Owner. Familiarity with SAP support, process enhancement, and project documentation. Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, or HR/HCM is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on effective SAP solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working independently and fostering continuous improvement.
