Leasing Manager (Shopping Mall)

Our client operates within the property real estate sector, with its headquarters based in Singapore and a robust global presence. They are seeking to appoint a Leasing Manager to optimize the occupancy rates of their Retail portfolio.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Develop strategies to enhance rental income and occupancy levels for the Retail portfolio.
• Oversee both new and existing tenancy agreements.
• Perform market research to analyze competitors and establish rental and occupancy benchmarks.
• Address tenancy-related issues, compile occupancy and rental reports, and manage other lease administration tasks, including budgeting.
• Engage in significant business development efforts to attract new tenancy opportunities, identify market segments, and deliver lease management support.
• Assist the Manager in the preparation of the annual rental budget, rental forecasts, and monthly management reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, or Marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Retail leasing.
• Thorough understanding of leasing processes, workflows, operations, and tenancy-related matters.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and leasing.
• Extensive network within the retail industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of EAA or RES certification is required.

• Location: Central
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Salary: Up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will be commensurate with experience & qualifications).
