We are seeking an accomplished BIM Coordinator to become part of our multidisciplinary team, focusing on intricate healthcare and laboratory projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the development of precise, coordinated, and constructible BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and sustain high-quality 3D/2D BIM models utilizing Autodesk Revit, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to address design conflicts and improve constructability
• Perform clash detection, buildability reviews, and constructability analyses
• Assist with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover utilizing BIM
• Ensure data integrity and version control across multiple BIM models, integrating with BIM tools, plug-ins, or emerging AI technologies
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built documentation for architectural and civil/structural works
• Implement and monitor drawing revisions in collaboration with project teams
• Support with documentation and submissions for BIM processes and records
• Provide BIM assistance to the Project Manager to guarantee successful project execution and high-quality outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of practical BIM coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory environments
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks or BIM 360 is advantageous
• Extensive experience in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Able to work independently with strong self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across disciplines

• Location: Central
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week
• Compensation: to be discussed (salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
