Process Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customer engineers in the development of processes. Create and adjust process formulations, determine equipment needs, and assess methodologies utilized in product manufacturing. Gather and analyze test data to set process or material specifications. Initiate projects that identify and implement cutting-edge concepts and automation technologies to enhance processes. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams to identify and resolve integration issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Materials Science Engineering or a related field. Experience in process development is preferred. Background in project management is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team contributor. Highly driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight. Willingness to operate in a cleanroom setting.
