Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the vision for autonomous manufacturing within a global center of excellence. Manage multiple projects while enhancing cross-functional operations. Promote a workplace environment that reflects core values, encouraging teamwork and personal ownership of career development. Collaborate with senior leadership to validate impacts accurately. Engage with a variety of stakeholders to collect requirements and align on application necessities. Steer digital transformation projects with a focus on advanced maintenance and automation applications. Foster a digital-oriented culture by upskilling the workforce and managing change effectively. Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to implement Industry 4.0 use cases in production settings. Supervise the integration of technology, including automation, robotics, AI, and IoT, into production workflows. Lead the planning and rollout of software systems and platforms. Conduct data-driven problem-solving workshops to encourage sustainable solutions. Oversee operations teams to adopt and uphold industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of 15 years of experience in technical and software application implementation. Experience in management consulting or manufacturing process transformation related to Industry 4.0. Demonstrated success in executing digital transformation initiatives on a global scale. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, along with expertise in change management. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and utilizing data analytics. Knowledgeable in IoT, AI, robotics, and digital platforms. Familiar with smart factory technologies such as MES, ERP, and PLM. Exceptional project management and communication skills, emphasizing collaboration with global teams. Capable of converting digital strategies into tangible results with an innovative mindset.
