Sales Manager

Overview

We are looking for an energetic and skilled professional to enhance our IT services and business solutions while fostering strong client relationships. This position is centered on driving sales growth and delivering effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Identify and develop new business prospects for ERP solutions, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, decision-makers, and partners. Assess customer business requirements to recommend appropriate ERP solutions. Perform product demonstrations, present solutions, and lead negotiations to secure sales. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through proactive post-sales support. Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams for seamless project execution. Engage with operations teams and relevant stakeholders for effective account management. Maintain precise sales forecasts and communicate performance metrics to management. Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to formulate effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Sales, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in IT solution sales. Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Demonstrated success in B2B IT solution sales and business development. Proficient in engaging with senior business leaders. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a positive attitude. Self-motivated and target-oriented with leadership capabilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
