This position presents an exciting opportunity to craft unforgettable experiences for clients while playing a vital role in the boutique's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and yearly sales objectives in line with commercial strategies and excellence in client service. Greet clients both in-person, over the phone, and through email, ensuring compliance with established service standards. Collaborate with team members under the guidance of the Boutique Manager throughout the sales and post-sales processes. Create exceptional client experiences to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing and promoting the boutique's ethos and values. Collect qualitative client information to enhance the boutique's client database and keep customer records up-to-date. Foster brand awareness and customer loyalty through superior service. Assist in organizing marketing events and improve networking initiatives to attract new leads. Actively engage in team meetings, inventory counts, and daily operations. Support fellow ambassadors during sales, including customer service, gift wrapping, and inventory management. Adhere to and advocate for security protocols within the boutique.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline. Willingness to participate in luxury events and effectively network beyond the boutique. Ability to nurture customer loyalty and establish personal connections in a diverse environment. Strong grasp of sales principles and exemplary customer service techniques. Proficient in effective sales strategies, complemented by excellent storytelling capabilities. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards in client care. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a team setting while managing multiple tasks. Digitally savvy, with a strong interest in utilizing technology for customer engagement.
