Customer Service / Order Processing (Manufacturing)

Exciting Career Opportunity:

Adecco is collaborating with a well-established global player in the industrial and manufacturing sector, in search of a Customer Service / Order Processing professional to enhance daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative tasks.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Compensation Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Candidates who are available immediately or on short notice will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Address customer inquiries, manage returns, and resolve daily issues
• Coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock levels, delivery timelines, and shipping
• Assist with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable activities
• Keep accurate records, documentation, and support general office administration
• Help with business correspondence, contracts, and other operational tasks

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative coordination
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and protocols independently
• Comfortable managing various responsibilities within a small team setting
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
