Banking Services Officer – Customer Experience

We are seeking both recent graduates and experienced candidates who are eager to establish a career in the banking and financial services sector.

This role presents a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience in banking products, credit services, loan services, treasury support, and bills/payment services while honing your customer service and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Address inquiries via phone, email, and chat concerning bank accounts, banking products, loans, and credit services.
• Banking Services: Assist customers with treasury-related services, bill payments, banking products, credit services, and loan services.
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data modifications.
• Product Promotion: Advocate for banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve performance goals for call resolution, service quality, and adherence to schedules.

Shift & Work Schedule

• PM Shifts: Rotating schedules including 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight).
• Rotation: Shift pattern includes weekends and public holidays, generally allowing for one weekday and one weekend day off.
• Compensation: Monthly shift allowances will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Recent graduates keen on starting a career in the banking/financial services sector are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with up to 2 years of customer service experience will be considered favorably.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, banking, finance, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and excellent communication abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating or staggered shifts.
• Contract: 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
