Role Summary

We are in search of a talented Payments Migration Test Analyst with extensive experience in banking and payments transformation initiatives. The selected candidate will be tasked with validating payment migration efforts, safeguarding data integrity, and conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing across payment platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage in extensive Payments Migration and Transformation projects.
• Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, and Migration Testing.
• Verify migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Development Teams, and Business Users.
• Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and reporting processes.
• Assist with testing cycles and production cutover tasks.
• Compile test reports and provide ongoing status updates to stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in Payments Testing within the banking sector.
• Practical experience in Migration Testing and Data Validation.
• Familiarity with payment systems including:
• SWIFT
• ISO 20022
• Cross-border Payments
• Real-Time Payments
• ACH / GIRO / FAST
• Experience with SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing, and Defect Management.
• Strong grasp of banking operations and payment processes.
• Proficient in using testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center, or equivalent tools.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in banking projects specific to Singapore.
• Familiarity with payment modernization or core banking transformation projects.
• Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Banking/Payments Testing.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one Payments Migration Project.
