Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to spearhead payment innovations within a global banking context. In this role, you will articulate the product vision, convert business goals into practical requirements, and guide the complete delivery process of cutting-edge payment solutions while ensuring compliance and alignment with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure.
• Lead the comprehensive delivery of payment solutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry benchmarks.
• Manage integration across various digital channels and payment platforms to facilitate a seamless client experience.
• Define business objectives and translate them into actionable solution requirements.
• Present clear and impactful recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking and Payments, demonstrating a successful history in managing complex projects.
• Deep understanding of global payment trends, regulatory frameworks, and compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with payment technologies and lifecycle processes (e.g., ACH, RTGS, real-time payments, open banking).
• Knowledge of messaging standards and clearing systems (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) and associated rulebooks.
• Experience with retail payments, cross-border transactions, and initiatives driven by regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in corporate digital channels and integration techniques (e.g., host-to-host, mobile, instant payments).
