GMI L3 Support Engineer

We are looking for a GMI L3 Support Engineer to provide application and user support for GMI (FIS), a vendor application used by a leading investment bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 application support and maintenance for the GMI application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and user queries.
• Perform incident investigation, root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Work with internal teams and the vendor for defect resolution and application stability.

Requirements

• Strong AS/400 (IBM i) technical experience — must have.
• Experience in L3 application support and production troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of application maintenance and incident management.
• GMI / FIS or investment banking experience is an advantage.
• Domain knowledge in investment banking is not mandatory; training will be provided.
