Position Overview

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,000
Available Shift Options - please select your preferred shift:

Shift 1: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

In the role of Traffic Controller, you will oversee the coordination of daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient deployment of drivers and vehicles for cargo movements related to imports and exports. Your responsibilities will encompass transport planning, job assignment, operational coordination, and meticulous record-keeping to guarantee timely and efficient collections and deliveries.

Primary Duties

Develop daily routing plans for the collection and delivery of import and export cargo

Allocate and assign collection/delivery tasks to drivers and vehicles

Work closely with drivers to guarantee adherence to schedules

Monitor transportation activities and address any operational changes or delays

Accurately record truck start and end times for billing accuracy

Update and assign jobs using the company App/System

Ensure proper collection and documentation of Proof of Delivery (POD)

Maintain thorough transport and operational records

Assist with daily transportation operations and tackle any delivery or collection challenges as needed

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, fleet management, or traffic control
Possession of a Class 3 driving license (Mandatory), Class 4 Singapore driving license (Preferred)
Exemplary planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems/TMS is a plus
