VP, IT Infrastructure & Support Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily infrastructure operations, diagnose issues, guarantee system stability, ensure security compliance, and facilitate uninterrupted business continuity.
• Direct IT initiatives, including deployments, upgrades, vendor collaboration, and enhancements to operations to meet the changing technology demands of the organization.
• Establish security policies, governance structures, and operational procedures that comply with banking regulations and industry best practices.
• Engage with business stakeholders to assess technology requirements, propose solutions, boost productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage outsourced support teams, effectively control budgets, and sustain dependable IT infrastructure across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure or IT operations within the banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
• Extensive technical knowledge in supporting servers, networks, end-user computing, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and independent infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in vendor management, team mentorship, project execution, and support for senior business stakeholders.
• Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex infrastructure issues while ensuring operational stability and service dependability.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with strong professional communication skills.
