SAP FICO (Retail)

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Lead to spearhead global finance transformation efforts for a prominent retail company. The ideal candidate will oversee the redesign of finance processes, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, develop global templates, engage with stakeholders, and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions in various countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive Finance Transformation initiatives to achieve business value.
• Assess and improve existing finance processes, suggesting SAP best-practice methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and Business Leaders.
• Organize workshops, manage business requirements, and address stakeholder conflicts effectively.
• Establish and oversee global finance templates while accommodating localization needs.
• Facilitate process standardization across different regions and countries.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to reduce unnecessary customizations.
• Oversee the approval process and governance of business exceptions.

Provide SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise across:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Product Costing
• Group Reporting
• Treasury
• Finance Integrations
• Support retail finance processes, including inventory accounting, promotions, markdowns, omnichannel operations, franchise accounting, and store profitability analysis.
• Work in partnership with business, IT, and implementation teams throughout transformation initiatives.
