AI Engineer / AIML Engineer

Location: Singapore (Open to Locals)

Role Overview:

We are in search of a mid-level AI Engineer to design, implement, and scale intelligent applications alongside generative AI solutions. In this role, you will convert intricate business requirements into effective AI models and deploy production-ready MLOps pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Fine-Tuning: Create, train, and fine-tune machine learning and Generative AI/LLM models tailored for production scenarios.
• Pipeline & System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models with current backend systems, databases, and RESTful APIs.
• MLOps & Optimization: Oversee model performance, automate deployment pipelines, and enhance inference latency and computing expenses.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional software, data, and business teams to deliver scalable AI functionalities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Eligibility: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).

Top 3 Must-Have Skills (Separate):

• Generative AI & LLM Frameworks: Proven experience in fine-tuning, embedding, and deploying LLMs using frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Production MLOps & Cloud Deployment: Demonstrated capability to construct automated training/inference pipelines and deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) utilizing Docker/Kubernetes.
• Advanced Python & Software Engineering: High proficiency in production-level Python development, data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas), API integration (FastAPI/Flask), and software design principles.
