AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Solution Architect to engage directly with enterprise clients in Singapore, translating their business needs into actionable AI solutions while guiding them from initial discovery to proof of concept (POC) and final implementation.

Job Description

• Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal sales teams to identify business challenges, technical specifications, and potential AI applications.
• Craft appropriate solution architectures and workflows in alignment with customer needs, platform capabilities, and integration factors.
• Manage the technical process from collecting requirements to designing solutions, creating customized demonstrations, overseeing proof-of-concepts, testing, and providing delivery support.
• Develop and tailor customer-specific demonstrations or prototypes utilizing advanced AI development tools as necessary.
• Adopt a hands-on approach to test, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, going beyond mere coordination with engineering teams.
• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and delivery teams based in China to interpret customer requirements, clarify technical dependencies, and ensure successful implementation.
• Establish the scope for POCs, define technical specifications, success metrics, and solution strategies, and effectively communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and solution documentation, outlining architecture, sizing, integration needs, and implementation factors.
• Engage with business stakeholders, IT departments, and senior decision-makers to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals, scalability, and commercial aspects.
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation by identifying optimization opportunities, additional use cases, and potential enhancements to solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or a similar enterprise-facing technical position.
• A robust technical background with demonstrated experience working closely with large or complex enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to take ownership of customer solutions throughout the entire process, from requirements gathering and technical design to POC, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• A hands-on approach with a readiness to personally address technical issues, test solutions, and navigate implementation details without solely depending on engineering teams.
• Strong Mandarin communication skills to effectively collaborate with China-based product, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where responsibilities may extend beyond conventional pre-sales functions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of discussing both technical requirements and business outcomes with enterprise clients.
• A genuine passion for artificial intelligence and a commitment to ongoing learning of new AI technologies, tools, and product functionalities.
• Experience with Generative AI, conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots, agentic AI, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with technologies such as large language models, NLP, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech would be advantageous.
• Ability to create prototypes, work with APIs, understand system integrations, or utilize AI-assisted development tools is a plus, although extensive software development experience is not required.
• Experience working with financial services, government, or other complex enterprise customers would be beneficial.
