Content Specialist

Overview of the Position

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and analytical Content Specialist to aid in the creation and assessment of AI-driven content experiences on a prominent global technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Design, test, and enhance prompts to boost AI model efficiency.
• Examine substantial amounts of content to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
• Create evaluation methodologies, quality benchmarks, and content guidelines.
• Perform data analysis and derive actionable insights from content performance data.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI systems through systematic feedback and suggestions.
• Stay updated on emerging industry, media, and digital content trends.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Background in content analysis, editorial operations, journalism, content strategy, trust & safety, AI evaluation, or a related area.
• Exceptional written communication and analytical thinking abilities.
• Experience in assessing content quality and exercising editorial judgment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in working with data to extract valuable insights.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration.

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience in prompt engineering, prompt testing, or AI model evaluation.
• Knowledge of content moderation, trust & safety, or policy enforcement.
• Understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital content landscapes.
• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks, taxonomies, or quality measurement methodologies.
