Work Arrangement: This is a Work From Office (WFO) position.
We are in search of a seasoned Finance Manager to join our team as an Augmentation Consultant for a contract period of 6 months. In this role, you will assume complete responsibility for our monthly financial closing processes, cash flow oversight, tax submissions, and preparation for audits, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Financial Closing & Reporting: Manage monthly closing timelines, evaluate journal entries and reconciliations, and produce management presentations that include variance analysis.
- Accounts Payable & Operations: Collaborate with Shared Services and relevant stakeholders to efficiently address invoice, payment, and vendor inquiries.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensure precise cash flow projections and deliver actionable insights related to liquidity.
- Audit & Tax Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for auditors; review GST and Corporate Income Tax submissions in conjunction with tax agents.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Contribute to process enhancements, documentation efforts, and ongoing finance operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years in core accounting/finance (a combination of audit and corporate/commercial finance is advantageous).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA / ACCA / CA certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Practical experience with SAP, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Tax Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of GST and corporate tax compliance.
- Interpersonal Skills: Motivated, quick to learn, with strong abilities in stakeholder management and communication.
