Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner to lead payment initiatives within a global banking setting. In this role, you will establish the product vision, convert business goals into actionable requirements, and manage the comprehensive delivery of cutting-edge payment solutions while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout all phases of the project, from initiation and planning to execution and completion.
• Lead the full delivery of payment solutions, making sure they align with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Manage the integration across digital channels and payment platforms to facilitate seamless customer experiences.
• Identify business objectives and translate them into actionable solution specifications.
• Provide clear and impactful presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking and Payments, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects successfully.
• In-depth understanding of global payment trends, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with payment technologies and lifecycle processes (e.g., ACH, RTGS, real-time payments, open banking).
• Knowledge of messaging standards and clearing systems (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) and their associated rulebooks.
• Experience with retail payments, cross-border transactions, and initiatives driven by regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of corporate digital channels and integration techniques (e.g., host-to-host, mobile, instant payments).
