Captive Account Manager (1 yr contract)

Overview

Become a vital part of our team as a Captive Client Account Manager, where you will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring financial success for our captive insurance clients. This position provides a valuable opportunity to make a substantial impact on client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee relationships with a portfolio of captive insurance clients, guaranteeing exceptional service delivery. Interpret applicable regulations to keep clients informed and ensure adherence to required standards. Support the execution of projects aligned with business objectives. Manage treasury and investment operations for captive insurance clients, including reconciliation activities. Administer insurance and claims accounting tasks on behalf of clients. Collaborate with clients and management to prepare and review budgets, policies, and procedures. Act as a liaison with various internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors. Generate management and statutory reports in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards. Coordinate client board meetings and assist in preparing meeting documentation. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) is desirable. Demonstrated experience in client account management or financial accounting roles, especially within captive insurance. Solid understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines. A proactive and upbeat demeanor.
