One Tech Stop is in search of a Data Scientist to spearhead the execution of AI and data-centric projects. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical experts, converting business challenges into actionable AI/data strategies and guiding projects from concept to implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct complete AI and Data Science projects, encompassing requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Engage with business stakeholders to grasp business requirements, challenges, and prospects, translating them into defined project goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, Engineers, and Technical Leaders to create practical and scalable solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Coordinate UAT, ensure production readiness, manage deployment, and hand over to operational teams.
• Communicate project updates, technical insights, and outcomes to business and senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and promote alignment between business and technical teams.
• Ensure completion of project documentation, approvals, governance, and handover processes.
• Support continuous enhancement initiatives and identify opportunities to boost business productivity through AI, data, and technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of applicable experience in Data/AI project delivery, Technical Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout the AI / Data Science lifecycle, from ideation to production.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML, data-driven solutions, and technology deployment.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Skilled at converting business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Proactive, analytical, and adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 plus Bonus (Salary will be aligned with experience & qualifications)
