Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Improving manufacturing efficiency through workflow enhancements, optimized layouts, automation strategies, and digital transformation efforts.
- Leading or engaging in development, training, and qualification processes for new product introductions or technology transfers.
- Offering engineering support to tackle out-of-control situations, resolve process-related issues, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Conducting capacity analyses and identifying areas for improvement in bottleneck operations.
- Ensuring that all processes and equipment adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and corporate policies.
You build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve team goals. You act swiftly and decisively in fast-paced and unpredictable situations. You consistently deliver results and fulfill responsibilities even in challenging circumstances.
Qualifications You'll Need:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including ERP systems, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in project management, especially in Lean, digitalization, or automation projects.
- Familiarity or experience with Power BI, SQL queries, programming, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
