Responsibilities

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. Experience: At least 5 years in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML development. Technical Skills: Proficient in Python for machine learning modeling and backend applications, with expertise in time-series forecasting and constraint-based optimization. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrated supply chain processes, particularly in inventory forecasting, purchasing, and logistics. Consulting Approach: Experienced in process discovery and facilitating design-thinking workshops for a variety of stakeholders. Engineering Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and MLOps pipelines, with practical experience in integrating AI solutions with leading ERP or WMS platforms. Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences.
