Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and deploy a holistic AI Security strategy that aligns with enterprise security frameworks and risk management goals. Design secure architectural models for AI/ML systems, incorporating generative AI and third-party AI integrations. Safeguard against AI-enhanced external risks, such as business email compromises and social engineering tactics. Maintain the security of internal AI systems through robust controls and vigilant monitoring of AI agents and automation processes. Perform adversarial testing and spearhead red-teaming activities for internal AI systems, ensuring rapid resolution of any identified vulnerabilities. Integrate AI detection functionalities within security frameworks, partnering with security operations teams to establish incident response protocols. Ensure compliance with significant standards and regulations, including NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC guidelines. Serve as the technical authority on AI security for senior management and present findings to relevant governance committees. Create and manage an AI security awareness initiative tailored for high-risk departments, advocating best practices throughout the organization. Oversee relationships with vendors and external service providers concerning AI security, managing associated budgets effectively. Work in conjunction with assurance management to resolve and mitigate issues identified during security assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML security or MLSecOps. Demonstrated expertise in securing AI production systems, particularly those involving generative and agentic AI. Capability to clearly articulate complex AI security risks to senior leadership. Possession of senior security certifications such as CISSP or CISM is essential. Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC standards, and OWASP guidelines concerning AI security is required. Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or critical infrastructure settings is a plus. Proficiency with AI red-teaming tools and cloud AI security platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with local cybersecurity regulations and standards relevant to critical information is important. Exceptional communication skills, especially in engaging with executive stakeholders.
