Human Resources Business Partner (Tampines)

Reporting Structure: Dotted-line to Senior Manager HRBP for Business Unit (located in Shenzhen)

Our client, with sensor product teams operating in Singapore, the UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, is seeking an HRBP to provide support to their Sensor MEMS and ASIC division, based in Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend priorities and convert them into structured HR solutions related to organizational design, talent development, performance management, and compensation strategies.
• Oversee quarterly evaluations of headcount and organizational structure, including monitoring recruitment progress.
• Manage the yearly review of talent development pathways, job grading, and promotion processes.
• Conduct training needs assessments and implement the annual training plan (both general and specialized).
• Facilitate quarterly cycles for performance goal-setting and reviews.
• Lead the annual salary review and adjustment processes, year-end bonus distribution, and the design of targeted incentive programs.
• Establish strong employee relationships through structured one-on-one interactions throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, exit) and proactive engagement with core talent.
• Promote the company's strategy and culture within the business unit.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or a related microelectronics field.
• A proactive self-learner with strong interpersonal awareness.
