Temp Project Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and identification of appropriate nursing homes and senior care facilities.
• Participate in initial meetings with the chosen nursing homes and senior care centre representatives to outline project objectives, clarify processes, and establish the scope and timeline of the projects.
• Perform time motion studies to document and analyze current ('As-is') and future ('To-be') processes.
• Gather, analyze, and process relevant data.
• Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for any selected technological solutions.
• Engage in final meetings with the nursing homes and senior centres to present recommended technological solutions along with their associated benefits and formally conclude the project.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore to various nursing homes and senior care centres.
• Excellent observational skills and precise record-keeping abilities are essential.
• Must be attentive and engaged when interacting with residents to ensure their needs and concerns are fully addressed.
• Comfortable working in typical senior care environments, which may include occasional odours and areas without air conditioning.
