Sales Associate (Beauty & Wellness)

Primary Duties:

• Promote and enhance our Local Services portfolio.
• Identify and connect with potential partners both in-person and online.
• Lead the negotiation process and finalize merchant agreements.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and provide continuous support.
• Track merchant performance and foster engagement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on cross-selling strategies.
• Keep informed about market developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Beauty & Wellness sector.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly beneficial, as it involves communication with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in nature.
