Information Technology Support Analyst (Tampines)

Primary Duties

• Develop and implement regional deployment strategies for Lark, including tenant setup, permissions, and data migration processes.
• Collect necessary OA approval requirements, design effective workflows, and perform system integration testing with Landray EKP and proprietary OA systems.
• Create AI office application use cases, which encompass a library of prompt templates, scenario-driven training, and metrics for tracking effectiveness.
• Generate training resources and promotional materials for the internal launch and adoption initiatives.
• Aggregate operational data and prepare reports to assist with monthly operational assessments.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (preferably in computer science or information management).
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or collaborative office operations.
• Familiarity with the core functionalities and administrative console of Lark/Feishu.
• Capable of independently handling OA workflow modifications, form updates, and permission changes.
• Skilled in using mainstream AI office tools and proficient in creating FAQs and user manuals.
• Basic skills in data analysis and report generation.
