Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to become part of our TechX team within the Software Delivery Accelerator (SDA) Domain. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to embark on a career in software engineering by engaging with enterprise-scale cloud-native applications and platforms.

The chosen candidates will work alongside seasoned engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to craft, develop, test, and implement scalable, secure, and robust software solutions. You will acquire practical experience with contemporary development technologies, agile practices, cloud platforms, and DevOps methodologies.

Primary Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and sustain software applications and services.
• Produce scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Engage in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Agile Delivery

• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support project timelines and sprint goals.

DevOps & Quality Engineering

• Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Help with application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Engage in innovation initiatives and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Governance & Compliance

• Adhere to secure coding standards and software engineering best practices.
• Comply with organizational security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Proactively escalate risks, issues, and concerns.
