Urgent: Materials Process Development Engineer
Job Description
Primary Duties
Perform research and development in the laboratory, including materials testing and characterization.
Innovate and refine materials, formulations, and testing methodologies.
Interpret experimental findings and compile technical reports and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes.
Utilize laboratory equipment while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance regulations.
Assist in projects from initial research and experimentation through to validation and commercial launch.
Qualifications
A minimum of a degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
Practical experience in materials research and development, laboratory testing, formulation, or materials characterization.
Excellent analytical, experimental, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in laboratory instruments and analytical methodologies.
Strong skills in technical communication and documentation.
Experience in materials science, polymer chemistry, or formulation development is highly beneficial.
