AI Engineer –

Position Summary: Spearhead the design, optimization, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models, Generative AI solutions, and enterprise-level MLOps pipelines to facilitate critical business operations.

Required Skill Set:

• Generative AI & LLMs: Expertise in Advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, Model Fine-Tuning, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant)
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, NLP, Computer Vision, and Transformers
• MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, Model Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Model Monitoring/Observability
• Software Engineering & Cloud: Advanced Python skills, experience with FastAPI/REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Leadership & Strategy: Competence in architectural design, providing technical leadership, and delivering cross-functional projects
