Program/Project Engineer (Urgent/sales/automation)
Job Description
Primary Duties
Oversee critical customer accounts both locally and internationally, fostering revenue growth.
Seek out new clients, projects, and business avenues to enhance market presence.
Handle the entire sales process from Request for Quotation (RFQ), pricing, and presentations to negotiations and final order confirmation.
Create sales forecasts, account plans, and strategies for business development.
Establish robust relationships with clients and pinpoint future project possibilities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project, and Manufacturing teams to guarantee effective project execution.
Act as the company's representative during client meetings and industry gatherings.
Assist regional clients and projects, which may involve regional travel.
Qualifications
Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the Automation, Semiconductor, or Consumer Electronics sectors.
Technical expertise in automation equipment or semiconductor production is a plus.
Excellent skills in customer management, communication, and negotiation.
Results-oriented with strong project coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel within the region.
