Job Description

• Oversee and direct change initiatives within the technology division to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful outcomes.
• Formulate and execute change management strategies and plans to enhance employee adoption and engagement.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential challenges and risks related to change initiatives.
• Effectively communicate with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Track and report on the status of change management projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Deliver training and support to teams impacted by change processes to enhance capability and resilience.
• Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for all change management activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for change-related inquiries within the technology division.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal Change Manager (French Speaking) will possess:

• Fluency in both French and English, in writing and speaking.
• Demonstrable experience in managing change within the technology industry.
• Thorough understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to operate effectively in a dynamic financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
